The frets we use aren't special. The fret itself is same as the regular ones. Only the slots are subtly curved.

So if needed, you can change frets like the normal frets. Carefully remove the frets to keep the slots and put a new fret along the slot. Just hit them from the edge of the fingerboard when refret. We recommend you to ask your repair shop or a luthier to to that.
